Region 5 Designated Representatives (DR)
On-Site Sewage Facilities Program Site

This site is dedicated to the Region 5 Northeast Texas
Area of the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality
by the DR's of Northeast Texas that are committed to
making the On-Site Sewage Facilities Program more
consistent from county to county and to make the
program stronger in the aspect of protection of public
health and water quality. The majority of the On-Site
Sewage Facilities programs in the Northeast Texas area
are administered by Designated Representatives. These
Designated Representatives work under Authorized
Agents, which are County Governments, Municipalities,
Lake Authorities, and Special Districts.
Northeast Texas is the only region providing this service,
